RoadRunner is a family-run driver recruitment and fleet management company based in Melbourne, Queensland. For over seventeen years, they have been sourcing, placing, and managing relief delivery drivers that they recruit for some of Australia’s largest transport companies.
The business idea grew organically as the founder, while working as a delivery driver, was approached by their employer, who asked if they could find more drivers to join the team. Contacting and referring some of his friends who he knew would be a good fit for the job soon snowballed and led to the establishment of his own business, RoadRunners.

From recruitment to fleet management
Competition in the field of driver recruitment has steadily grown, and with a constant drive to innovate, RoadRunner decided to diversify its offering. Spoke Dispatch provided the capabilities it needed to do just that.
