Each plan includes a number of monthly stops, which are renewed on the 1st day of your next monthly subscription cycle. Additional stops used outside of your plan allowance are charged per stop.

Using additional stops does not require any action from your end. Spoke Dispatch automatically tracks your usage and displays it in your account so you can easily monitor monthly costs and manage invoices.

Stops are considered to be used when they are:

• Attempted by a driver
• A stop at a depot
• Marked as failed or delivered
• Accessed via the API
• Exported from your account
• Printed out

Yes. Our location data is provided by Google Maps, so if Google Maps works where you live, then Spoke Dispatch will work for you.

The Spoke Dispatch dispatcher dashboard can be auto-translated into any language by the browser it is viewed in, and the Spoke Dispatch driver app automatically uses your phone language if it is supported. If it is not supported, it will default to US English
